IMF 이후 일어난 자본구조의 변화 주지하다시피 IMF의 원인 중의 하나로 기업들의 무분별한 다각화, 외형위주의 경쟁, 결과적으로 과도한 차입경영 등이 도마에 올랐다. 당시의 정권은 한국기업들의 회생조건의 제1순위로 부채비율 200%이하의 달성이라는 허들을 부과했다. 그로부터 10년 지금은 이 목표를 대부분 초과달성하여 예를 들면 삼성전자와 같은 우량기업의 경우 부채비율은 20%가 될까 말까하다...
